  • Managing the cloakroom involves overseeing the organisation and operation of the facility. Responsibilities include accepting guests' coats and belongings, providing claim tickets, and ensuring the safekeeping of items. Additionally, assisting guests with retrieving their belongings upon departure contributes to guest comfort and event success.

  • Managing guest flow entails monitoring movement, providing directions, and addressing congestion points. By guiding guests and ensuring smooth navigation, the Model Host enhances the event experience. Proactive management of flow contributes to guest comfort and experience
